What is Slippage?
Mastering Slippage for Smarter Trades ๐ฏ
Slippage is the difference between the expected price of a trade and the actual price at execution. On Alloy, you control slippage tolerance to balance speed and price accuracy.
How It Works:
โ Set Your Slippage Tolerance โ Define the maximum slippage you're willing to accept for both buys and sells. โ Dynamic Slippage Calculation โ Alloy automatically determines the optimal slippage within your set tolerance, ensuring better trade execution without unnecessary overpayment. โ Real-Time Display โ Your current slippage setting is always visible above the Buy/Sell button before confirming a trade.
How to Adjust Slippage:
โ๏ธ Customize It โ Go to the Settings menu to set your default slippage tolerance for all trades. ๐ Check Before You Trade โ See your active slippage setting just above the Buy/Sell button before executing a transaction.
With Alloyโs intelligent slippage system, you get the best possible execution price while staying protected from excessive price swings.
